The Solemnity of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus honors the Sacred Heart. In 1675, Jesus told St. Margaret Mary Alacoque that He wanted this feast to be celebrated on the Friday after the Corpus Christi octave. This is a moveable feast, so this year we celebrate the Solemnity of the Sacred Heart of Jesus on June 7, which is also the First Friday of the month. We invite you to join us for Mass at 8:00 a.m. followed by adoration until noon. The Vianney Cenacle will pray the rosary for the sanctification of priests beginning at 8:30 a.m. The Knights of Columbus Holy Hour begins at 11:00 a.m. All ministry members and their families are invited to attend. Jesus made 12 promises to those who would respond to the pleading of His Heart and make an effort to return His love. Sacred Heart of Jesus, pray for us!
